On the movie we start tomorrow in Baton Rouge, LA, we're shooting film (it's for the SyFy channel); I'm telcining straight to hard drive as uncompressed 4:2:2 23.98 Quicktimes, then rendering H264s to Wiredrive at half-height. Editorial, which is in BR for the shoot, will download and cut with those dailies, and then reconnect once they get back to Los Angeles. I’m a Wiredrive user and fan.
